NOPUENTE LAW FIRM is a full-service online and physical firm capable of addressing a wide array of legal concerns. Established by Atty. Ivn Maj M. Nopuente in 2020, the firm prides itself on providing diverse and dynamic lawyering services tailored to both individual and corporate clients.

The firm is based in Occidental Mindoro and has a satellite office in Rizal. We are also opening a second satellite office in the National Capital Region due to the growing demand for legal services.

Being a real estate broker himself, Atty. Nopuente has not shied away from disputes involving real and personal properties. Incidentally, this has brought experience and expertise unto him in handling disputes with claims of damages as well.
Atty. Nopuente's experience as a prosecutor and investigation agent at the Department of Justice ensures his adeptness in criminal law, handling both prosecution and defense cases with expertise.

Atty. Ivn Maj M. Nopuente
is the firm’s founding lawyer and currently managing lawyer. His wealth of experience ranges from being a former prosecutor from the Department of Justice (DOJ)- Main to being a tax, corporate, criminal, and civil lawyer. He is also a certified compliance officer, a data protection officer, trained commercial arbitrator, a professor, and an author.
Atty. Aries A. Matibag the firm’s senior associate whose focus is on civil and corporate disputes, and in criminal cases on a limited basis. His sphere of competence is reflected by his background as an attorney in the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).
Atty. Jose Mari Cristi H. Dealino
is an associate lawyer of the firm, whose experience brings vast competence to the satisfaction of the firm’s clients. His professional background includes experience in the judiciary and the field of human resources management in the corporate realm.
Atty. Jaypherson M. Navarro
is an associate within the firm whose background mainly springs from his lengthy stay in the judiciary, particularly in the Court of Appeals, Manila.
